You will receive a full refund of the item price, excluding original shipping costs. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please review all custom order details carefully before confirming your order.
For custom orders, we provide detailed sketches and material samples before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled. If you have concerns about your custom order, please contact us immediately.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.
